GLASS SALMON & TROUT PLATTERS
These Platters are made using a technique of fusing glass, it is heated in high temperatures kilns where it can be formed or textured. Often it is then put in a mold where it is fired a second time and slumped to get it’s shape and added texture.
During each process the glass must be slowly cooled back to room temperature. This annealing technique relieves stress in glass so that no cracks occur. The process is labor intensive but results in a creation that has unique strength and beauty. Impress your guests by serving your best Fish Dishes on these! A Great Gift Idea!

The pictures of these Platters were taken on a blue background cloth, they are clear and the glass has a “watery”effect behind the fish. They are about ¼” thick. Very unique!
